Complete Home Care Services Booking & Cancellation Policy 1. Service Offerings Complete Home Care Services provides dependable support services designed to meet the needs of our clients and families. Our services may include personal care support, companionship, light housekeeping, meal preparation, medication reminders, transportation coordination, and other non-medical home care assistance based on client needs. We are committed to delivering caring, professional, and quality service tailored to each individual. 2. Booking Process To schedule services with Complete Home Care Services, please contact us by phone, email, or through our preferred booking method. Once we receive your request, our team will respond within 24 hours to review your needs, confirm service details, and discuss scheduling availability. 3. Service Rates and Payment Service rates are based on the type of care, number of service hours requested, and level of support needed. Payment is accepted through approved payment methods such as electronic payment, debit/credit card, bank transfer, or other arranged options. Payment terms will be provided at the time of booking. Ongoing services may be billed weekly or monthly, while one-time services may require payment in advance. 4. Scheduling Our service hours are based on client care needs and scheduled availability. Clients are encouraged to book services in advance to secure preferred dates and times. Last-minute or urgent service requests may be accommodated depending on staff availability and may be subject to additional fees. 5. Cancellations and Rescheduling Clients are asked to provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling requests. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. We understand emergencies can happen and will review emergency situations on a case-by-case basis. 6. Confidentiality Complete Home Care Services respects the privacy and confidentiality of all clients. Any personal, medical, or household information shared with our team will be kept confidential and will not be disclosed to unauthorized parties. We are also willing to sign confidentiality agreements when appropriate. 7. Communication Clear communication is important to providing excellent care. Clients and families may contact us through phone, email, or other approved communication methods. We aim to respond to messages within 24 hours during normal business hours.
