Building Together, Not Just Serving

Since 2006, I've been in the business of building — first hands-on in maintenance services, then evolving into something bigger: a network where entrepreneurs and tradespeople don't just get help, they get a partner.

I'm La Shanda Huston, Founder and Executive Director of Huston Partners LLC, operating as Virtual Partners. What started as one woman figuring out how to serve small business owners better has grown into a full ecosystem — back-office support, a vetted partner directory, and a community built specifically for contractors, tradespeople, and the small business owners who keep our neighborhoods running.

I don't believe in "let us help your business." I believe in let's work together. That distinction shapes everything we do at Virtual Partners — from how we structure our partnerships to how we show up for the electricians, plumbers, landscapers, and haulers who are the backbone of their communities but rarely get the back-office support bigger companies take for granted.

Virtual Partners exists to close that gap. Through our Intake → Registry → Connect → Support → Community → Growth model, we connect clients with vetted service partners, deliver hands-on virtual support — bookkeeping, CRM setup, marketing, invoicing, lead management, website design — and build genuine community around businesses that too often get overlooked.

This isn't a side project. It's a mission I've carried since relocating to California in 2011 and deepened through the challenges of the COVID years, and it's why we've now planted roots with a second home base in Breaux Bridge, Louisiana — bringing the same partnership model to a whole new community.

If you're a contractor, a tradesperson, or a small business owner who's tired of doing it all alone — let's talk. Let's grow together.
